This is the only nail salon I’ve tried in the area. Beautiful place. People are nice. Only complaint is he didn’t do the nail design I wanted the pictures show what I wanted (1st) vs what I got. Totally my fault for not speaking up. But I was in a rush. My nails were previously painted exactly like I wanted but different color. I told him same design but white this time.

I started walking into this salon a year ago and I find myself always coming back! Amazing nails every time, done by professional friendly staff, in a clean inviting atmosphere. Everyone here is fantastic! Huge shout out to everyone, Hannah is fantastic, and Peter knocked it out of the park, creating the exact set as the pic I showed for inspiration! Critical:Professionalism,Quality,ValueI went to this place for the second time less than two weeks ago to get my acrylics filled. When I get gel on my acrylics at other nail salons, this gel NEVER chips, no matter how long I have it on. However, at this salon, the gel on some of the white tips is completely chipped off and gone and one of my acrylics broke/popped off as I was changing my earring. Never in 2 years of going to another salon have I had a single nail break. Not to mention that the nail tech didn’t even bother covering up my other fills with polish? She put on a clear coat over other designs I had on my acrylics in the past!!! Unbelievable. Just wait until you see the photos of the nails This place looks beautiful inside, but I believe it is to distract you from their very low quality products and talent. I will never visit this salon again. I went to this place for the second time less than two weeks ago to get my acrylics filled. When I get gel on my acrylics at other nail salons, this gel NEVER chips, no matter how long I have it on. I’ve been to at least 5 different nail salons in the past 6 months and LV is by far the best for the money! Staff is wonderful, beautiful salon, and clean! And Shannon, the woman that did my nails is absolutely wonderful! She listened to what I was wanting and did exactly that! She is so detailed and continued to ask me how I liked my nails through the process. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star was I had an appointment made but still had to wait 30 minutes before getting in. But the wait was well worth it!

This is the place you wanna go if you want to feel relaxed, respected, pampered and have a mimosa, water or soda during it all. We have been on the hunt for a nail salon that focused on keeping their stations clean and clear and man do these guys do a great job of that. Each station is equipped with one of these handy vents where they can scope the dust into it instead of all over the floor. Their pedicure seats are super comfortable and relaxing and did I mention their prices are reasonable too. All the details put into this place really make it pop. Their flowers are amazing and all the areas are lined with live plants helping keep the area refreshed and relaxing.

It seems like your experience at this place depends on who you get. I walked in and had a lady who was very abrupt when cutting my cuticles. I asked her about four times to be more gentle, two during my pedicure after she poked me under the nail, and two more during the manicure and yet she poked me again and cut around my nails so much that I feel like my nails/toes and skin around them are hurting. She said it was because I asked them to be short but when a client is complaining that it’s hurting and to not cut so much then I would hope she would’ve heard my complaints. I stood up in the middle of my service and didn’t get them colored. I complained to the manager, in a respectful way, and he didn’t really know what to say/do. After explaining myself his solution was for me to pay for my service today and that he would get me a credit … of $10. Not worth it. It’s a really unfortunate experience and won’t be coming back. I should also mention that I get my nails done often so, it’s not my first experience getting my cuticles cut. Therefore, I feel like I can compare this service to past ones, (last time 3 weeks ago) and what should feel normal.

Inside the place was beautiful, I was happily greeted, and even though it was a walk in I did not even have to wait despite how many people were there. John did my nails and I would recommend going to him a 100%. He has a very bubbly/great personality. He was able to do exactly what I wanted for my nails (I usually don’t do designs because most nail places don’t do them very well), I took a risk with getting a design and it completely paid off! Inside the place was beautiful, I was happily greeted, and even though it was a walk in I did not even have to wait despite how many people were there.
